I. Overview
GCK1 GCL1 GCJ1 series, suitable for AC 50Hz, rated working voltage of 380V low-
voltage distribution series as the power feed, buscouple, lighting, motor control and
power compensation, which includes the power center (PC) and motor control center
(MCC) functions, and can be designed as the integrated system of fixed cabinet and
drawer cabinet to meet different supply and distribution requirements.
II. Service conditions
1. Altitude: less than 200m.
2. Indoors with no risk of fire, explosion, severe dust, vibrations, or rain invasion.
3. Ambient air temperature does not exceed +40 ℃, the average temperature within
24 hours does not exceed +35 ℃, nor lower than -30 ℃.
4. Clean air, and the relative humidity at the highest temperature of +40 ℃ is not
more than 50%, higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as
90% at +20 ℃.
5. If the above conditions are not met, users shall consult with manufacturers for
solution.

V. Features
1 This product complies with IEC439 international standard, National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) standard and national professional standard ZBK36001-89.
2 PC scheme has the features of power receiving, buscoupling and feeding below 3150A, domestic CW1, HSW1, AH circuit breakers or intelligent circuit breakers imported from ABB or Schneider companies are selected as the main switch, safe and reliable, easy to operate.
3. MCC scheme has the features of feeding, lighting, electric motors, power compensation below 630A, domestic DZ20, Q, CM1, HSM1 series products and molded case switches from ABB and Schneider companies selected as the main switch.
4. The main switch of incoming power has short circuit electrical transient, short delay and overload protection, customers can select the type of protection according to the system requirements, with automatic switching, no auto switch over and switching control available for customers to choose from.
5. Horizontal bus includes single busbar sectionalizing and desectorizing, when using single busbar sectionalizing, bus switch has functions of auto switch over, no auto switch over and switching control.
6. The motor control circuit has a short circuit transient, overload, undervoltage, relief and phase failure protection, AC contactors can be silent running, which is energy-saving, and customers can choose the standard rectifier system manufactured by our factory or design their own loop feeding rectifier systems according to the needs of the project.
7. For the motor control capacity exceeding that listed in this catalog, fixed installation can be selected.
8. We can produce non-standard product according to the user’s needs. This product is a three-phase five-wire system, capable of meeting different customer needs.
